Long time no post la, because really busy.

Since I come back Hong Kong on 5 July night, I started training on 6th June. And then I need to pass the test in order to get the certificate of commercial banking. Then every day training.

At first, I do worry that I can't get along well with my colleague, because I come back late and do not have time to know them.

But soon, I know some of them, especially after the presentation of "The future development trend of bank". Our class get the prize le~~~ so happy!!! I am so glad to make some new friends.

And then on 26 July, I need to conduct an interview in branch in Kwun Fong. The Salese manager and branch manager are so nice that proactively approach me and talk to me. Branch manager invite me for lunch le~~~ (She even pay the bill)

On 27 July, when I go back to my branch, they all know that I will come, once I step into the branch in the morning, the security guard ask, "Are you Miss Wong?". I am so surprise. And then the manager introduce me to the other colleague. He is my mentor and he asked me to learn how to open account and ©w´Á by following anthoer staff. I sit next to her. I jot down some note when I see her working. While she is free, she will teach me and explain to me for what she has done to the customer. She also ask me to remember a lot. She will ask some scenerio to test me. And at the end of the day, she asked me some questions to see if I can remember what she said. Luckily, most of the time I can make her satisfy with my answer.

I did do revision after the first day.

And on 28 July, as the staff that I  follow have holiday, so I follow my mentor -- the manager and learn. That day, he taught me some products, the incestment products, e.g. funds, ²¼¾Ú¡Aµ²ºc©Ê¦s´Ú and insurance products available in BOC. He also taught me about the share market, the Heng Sang Index, etc. Sometimes, his clients come and find him. They trust him and think that he really can help them to make the money growth. They also satisfy with his service. Some clients said need to call him to drink tea next time. I even remind him to call one of his client le~~~ I hope he will satisfy with my performance and write a better report le~~~~ He is so nice that every day he will understand my learning process and listen to my opinon.

This make me think that I really suit this job. Because I like money, so work in a money related industry I think quite good. Secondly, I can learn how to invest my money. Thirdly, I am really helping them to choose a suitable method according to their preference to make their money growth. On 28 July, I think that working in bank can be my future career. Because it match with my career goals, to communicate with people, to manage the team. I think working as a branch manager is also a good enough things for me. But I do think that there are some stress exist. I will see if I can withstand them. Give myself some more time to observe sin.

I need to work hard to pass all the exams sin tak la. I need to pass the IIQE Paper 1,2,3,4 and HKSI Paper 1,7,8 and in order to pass the probation period, my bank will give us some exams, I need to pass all of them as well le.
